Getting ready for the visit

Let the fire go out at least a day ahead, clear the hearth area and tell us about roof access or pets.

Smoke in the house, a carbon monoxide alarm, or a suspected chimney fire? Get everyone outside and call 911 first. For everything else, call us at 507-944-1071.
